Squeal/interference when using front audio header

I seem to get a squeal/fuzz through my headphones in the front audio header of my antec 300 when anything graphically intense happens on the screen. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes many do, happens a lot with front case audio sockets. The cable going from the audio socket to the sound card or onboard is minimal quality, and picks up interference from all manner of gubbins inside the case, PSU, GFX card etc. They never shield the cables, at least not on cheaper cases. Shielding the cable would pretty much solve the issue, but it would have to be a DIY job.
