Squeeling Power Supplies

Im In need of a bit of help here.
I have just beuilt a rather high end pc but seem to have gpu / psu issues.
When I run passmark to benchmark the pc i get a high pitch squeel from the psu whilst testing 3D graphics.
Any Idea why if you need a specification list let me know.

Are you sure its not the gpu making the noise, as my 580 does this during certain front screens in games and when folding.

My 480 does this every now and then as well.

What make and model is the psu?

100% without doubt its the psu (had it out of the case whilst testing).
I have 2 PSUs and 2 GPUs (both gpus will be used in SLI)
I have tried single GPU and Several PSU configurations and still has the issue.
(As its in a Silverston TJ07B-W I can run both PSUs at once and still one will squeel but this ulternates randomly)

PSU is 1250w OCZ and GPUs are GTX580 Super OC Gigabyte cards
