So squidge4 came onto these forums looking to spend £1200 on a complete pc system. He was initially going to buy a pre-built system, but I convinced him to buy separate parts and i would build it for him as he lived local.

The only thing needed was a 2.1 speaker system, but this could be bought later.

So today the parts arrived at his house and I went around to piece it all together.

So after installing Win7 64bit and then all the drivers and windows updates, I left him with wolfenstein to play.
 
Nice choice of components man. The Foxconn board and venom cooler look like they were made to be together! I do like the Coolermaster case aswell, one of the best cases I have built in :)
 
Great build there. Couldn't agree more about the Foxconn and Venon cooler looking perfect together. Great case too, got the original CM690 Dominator here and it's a cracking case. Perfect spec to I'd have to say. Good job.
