Is there a way to get my sent mail items from squirrelmail webmail to outlook?

I'd like it to be something I could do easily say once a week though... rather than a one off.

(alternatively I have access to plain text versions of my sent items if that's any easier to import)

squirrel mail is just a web interface atop an IMAP email server. Simply point your Outlook at your imap server (try the same ip as squirrel mail) and it'll probably work.

Worked for me. My host uses Squirrelmail and for about 2 years I wondered the same question. A quick read on the FAQ said the same thing and it works a dream.
