how do i do it?

i have not used amd for a long time, system is am3+ with an 8core FX chip.
its a cheap build for a friends son and i want to drop in a small ssd to boots load times.

I dont even think this is a "thing" anymore.

It use to be called intel smart response and was release around Z68 chipset era (it was also Intel chipset specific I think).

With large and affordable SSDs now being easily available this feature I thought had been killed off/ignored.

USe the SSD as the main boot drive with the OS and the HDD as additional storage.

Stulid is right thats pointless now. Unless its a really small 8-16gb SSD use it as a Windows drive and the HDD for data/games/software.
