ssd, keyboard, mouse and wireless dongle problem.

I installed windows 7 64 bit onto my SSD today, I got it for Christmas.. After installing the drivers for my wireless dongle (Some none branded thing...) and for my keyboard and mouse I figured the keyboard wasn't working nor was the dongle... Does anyone know any trouble shooting tips..? Thanks. Merry Christmas!

Have you installed the motherboard chip set drivers ?

No I have not, but I didn't need to with my normal HHD when I did a fresh install. :/

have you also installed the drivers, the latest ones for your devices? as keyboard and mouse etc may need extra stuff for 64bit if special etc?

I always install the latest chipset drivers to ensure that all features are fully enabled.

seems to be an error with usb then, uninstall them and try again, double check they are the right drivers for 64bit making sure all other drivers aren't given any errors before you put the usb ones on

I thought the 2 was an S on the drivers for my dongle... It's all sorted and the keyboard downloaded it's own drivers with plug and play when I connected to the internet, thanks everyone. Made me recheck. Merry Christmas!
