SSD Problem

Just got myself a OCZ vertex 2 60gb drive, changed to ACHI in the bios but when i start up now it sits on a page stating "ACHI DRIVE INIT" for about 2 minutes before it loads up windows 7. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong, cheers.

Have also put this in the hard drive section.

Its driving me mad, thought these things were meant to speed things up but now takes over twice as long to get into windows.
