ssd usage and expected life span

I bought an Intel 80gig Gen 2 SSD a couple of weeks ago. The SSD has been installed for 11 days and I am suitably impressed with how snappy the system now feels. My only concern is how long will the disk last. I have installed around 38 gig of op system and programs but when i view crystaldiskinfo it tells me that I have written nearly 200 gig of host writes - i take it that this is virtual memory, swap file etc - 200 g does seem high for 11 days though - is this normal and, based on this type of useage - how long will my HDD last (projected)??
