SSH Clients, What do YOU use?

I have been doing administration on Linux servers for over 3 years now, and during this time I have always used Putty with the exception of being sat infront of the box!.

What do you use?

I know there are a lot of Linux users on these boards so chances are some of you also use Windows SSH clients on a regular basis. I am sure these are some more advanced client's than Putty that could make my life that little bit easier
