SSH tunneling Ventrilo

ok so my friend can connect to my ssh server and tunnel firefox etc. but when we try ventrilo it dosent work. any ideas why ? (ive searched google for 2 hours now)

Have you forwarded the right ports? TCP AND UDP?

Same as this, it should work, double check everything.

Or setup a VPN.
