ST20G5 psu question

Hi, I want to get the ST20G5 along with :

- amd 4000+
- 1 gig ram
- sata hd
- audigy 2
- 6600 gt / 6800 gs (not sure which one yet)

Now i've read that this shuttle ships with a 240 watt psu, hmmm.
Can somebody tell me whether this powerfull enough even with the 6800 gs?

I have known people with a dual core, 2 gig ram and a 6800gt so you're set to go
