Hope someone can help

I have Asus Maximus Formula (latest Bios)
2x1GB Corsair Dominator C5 8500
2x2GB Corsair Dominator C5 8500
Memory running @ 4-4-4-12 @ 800Mhz @ 2.1Vdimm Windows
q6600 g0 vid 1.2 clocked @3.2GHz (400x8).
Northbridge Voltage is 1.31v
Vcore is 1.23v
Low voltages, low temps.

The rig runs very stable (for weeks) when using either 2x1 or 2x2 in either bank a or bank b..but will fail from time to time (within 24hrs often while playing a game) if i populate all four Dimms at the same time.

advice on forums suggest a tiny bump in northbridge voltage..but this does not help (tried up 1.37v northbridge).
ive also tried bumbing up Vcore, Vdimm by 2 notches and relaxing memory to 5-5-5-18 @ 800MHz with no luck.

can anybody help and/or succintly desribe what (change of) voltages can affect (improve) stability with 4 dimms when everything is well tested and stable with 2 dimms.

thank you

I have a gigabyte p35 dq6 with 4 sticks of ocuk 1gig modules.
After having to take 4 sticks back after going faulty & having to spend £30 on heatsinks I can just about run the ram at 934mhz.
Any 2 sticks will run up to 1110mhz but with all 4 sticks it will only do 934mhz.
I've tried every BIOS/voltage/timing possible to no avail, so I presume its a limitation of the particular motherboard or p35 chipset.
A major problem with this motherboard is if it crashes & resets the BIOS to default, as it then runs the ram at 1066 which will not post, so I then have to take a stick of ram out to lower the ram speed.
Also if theres a flashkey or card reader in a usb slot duriing booting, it wont post & resets the BIOS to default.
I wont go gigabyte again or get cgeap ram.
Hope this helps.
