Stability testing with furmark

Currently OC'ing my 5850. Thought I had it stable at 950/1175 @ 1.212V as I ran furmark for 15 minutes with no artifacts (no extreme burn), then today I fire up dragon age and get artifacts all over the place.

Was wondering what settings I should use in furmark for a thorough stability test as 15 minutes clearly did not do the trick! How long would you run it and am I supposed to enable "extreme burn mode"?

Use the artifact scanner in ATI tool, if it does 15 mins with no artefacts then play a game and see how it goes.

Or use my method, if it does artefact when playing Crysis or running 3D Mark then it's stable

There's no real definitive test it's just trial and error, like you said you've had artifacts in Dragon Age so the next step is to back it off a bit and then see how it goes.
