Stable CPU overclock but RAM won't run at 1600Mhz

Hi. I'd be grateful if someone could help me out? Stable 4ghz OC on corei7 950 (Prime 95). When I try to push the RAM beyond 1300mhz will boot into windows but freezes after couple of seconds on running Prime 95. Have tried to keep QPI freq as low as possible. Even with 1.64V DRAM not getting anywhere. Any suggestions? System spec as below.

memory timings left untouched 8-8-8-24. With the DRAM bus voltage set at 1.64 do I need to push QPI/DRAM core volt a bit?
