every card is different. trial and error is the only way to find out.
generally.
5-10%% modest oc
10-20% tends to be for a 24/7 overclock (below its max stable oc)
20%+ tends to be for benching
Of course sometimes you get certain cards/models that OC much higher and as such will happily sit at 30%+ oc 24/7 for all there lives. It does also depend onthe temps youg et though.
