Hi,

Well i thought ym system was stable!!

I have an i5 750 @4ghz (20x200) and 1600mhz g skill ripjaw ram running at 1600mhz

CPU volt is 1.375 and other voltage is normal (ram at 1.5)

It was stable at that so i decided to try and drop the cpu volt to 1.35 to see if it was stable.

It was then i got a BSOD saying MEMORY MANAGEMENT

I restarted and got another BSOD saying problem with rdyboost.sys and page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

Was this becuase i dropped my cpu voltage to 1.35?

Im back on 1.375 and seems ok so far?

Matt

Ive just looked through my events for the bsods and they are saying Processor Core - event type: internal timer error, error source : machine check exception

Does this sound like i had just lowered the cpu volt too low?

Tell me you're kidding.

You have a stable system.
You lower voltage.
No longer stable.

Yet you haven't thought to put the voltage back up and stress test?
