Stablebit drivepool is my data backed up?

Just bought this and installed. I have spent 3 days transfering all my data to the drivepool virtual hard drive.

It says "unduplicated" though... Is my data backed up?... Ive just let all settings at default

No, it's not backed up. You can select specific folders to be duplicated, which makes Drivepool put copies of those folders on more than one physical disk in the pool - this provides some protection against a single drive failing, but if a file gets corrupted or deleted in error then it's gone.

I've been told to click the duplication button and it seems to be working it's magic now
