Stablepoint now part of World Host Group?

I noticed today when I bought a new domain through Stablepoint that one of the verification links has a World Host Group logo. Have they always been apart of this group or have they been acquired? I can't see any reference to it when I search, other than a job advert for World Host Group saying they operate several brands including Stablepoint.
