Stag Do Advice

Hi all,

Yup, don't post here much, I have to admit, but I'm after some advice/suggesting a challenge.

I've been (for my sins) chosen as a best man for a mate's wedding this spring, and of course have the onerous task of organising the stag do.

I've been rummaging around various places trying to get ideas, but of course the group of mates going along on the stag do are sticking their oars in laying down various rules.

Essentially, I'm after some unique ideas on places and events to do a Friday-Sunday stag. Ideally South somewhere.

Should also say I've looked at the various stag do companies, and the thought of paying over the odds for prearranged tour company style stuff doesn't really appeal too much.

Thanks for the suggestion Gaverick, but can I just point out the word 'unique' there?

Or at least, less run of the mill for a stag. First weekend long stag in what is quite a large group of mates, and I'd like it to be memorable.

It's definately got to be in the UK, and Bournemouth has been suggested and suitably discarded, thanks Rotty

I'm currently thinking of Newquay, although Bristol's an option.
