Stalker call of prypiat - mission for owl - find 3 veles detectors

Currently on this mission i have 2 veles detectors, one i got from compleating a mission and one i found on a digger on the jupiter map. Thing is i need the 3rd one and i cant find it.

Apparantly owl will sell them after you reach 100,000 RU. I have a 160,000 RU (tight i know) and the acheivement but owl still isnt selling the veles detectors.

Is there anyway i can find another one somewere?

Just wondering if someone has already done it though?

He started to stock them a long time before I had that much. Free stalkers are mostly green to me now and he started stocking them, maybe that has something to do with it. They're only 2k each. Have you bought information from him? That could be a factor also?
 
Hi yes ive bought info for magpie, hes sorted now though. Stalkers are green on my map i think as well. He might sell them in a while though. I do have some of streloks documents though i found in stashes. Owl offered me 500 RU each but thats tight so i kept them. Could that be a factor?

seriously just rob stalkers around anomalies. if you're lucky you'll get an artefact too.

It doesn't affect your stance with other stalkers so long as you kill all of the group and no one else sees.


Found 2 in one group of 3 then got an other from one guy on his own.
