Stalker can anyone help?

Hi all, I just bought stalker from a car boot sale for 50p :cool:

however the disk wont install. Looks like there's too many scratches on it, ive got the cd key though so I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to burn me a copy of theirs I would be forever in debt to you and would also deposit some cash in your paypal account to cover costs,postage etc.

Just download a ISO torrent from the bay.

Yeah I thought that but my bloody isp throttles anything remotely like a torrent to about 3kb/sec

dl it at about 2am, they generally turn off throttling then.

That or get a rapid share account, no throttling on that

Someone burning you a copy of their disk and sending it to you would be even more illegal than you downloading it yourself, key or no key.

does that really matter since he's rightfully bought the key?.. he's not exactly going to have half of interpol after him now is he?.. since he's got a LEGIT key ,but lost the cd, basically as long as your not getting anything for free its not piracy... o and what ISP is doing that to you?... i didnt know they had the power to do stuff like that..

Its Karoo, they have the monopoly for Hull and the surrounding areas so I have no choice but to go with them. And also I once downloaded a game and they cut me off :cool:

it was only virtua tennis aswell lol. I had to go into their main building and give them a letter saying I wont do it again and that all torrents,clients etc have been removed from my system. They also said that if I get caught again I will be permabanned

you BT customers dont know how good you've got it. :cool:

and there is no other company who provide broadband in the whole of Hull ?

Can always try a bit of car polish like T-cut, seems to remove a lot of scratches from discs with a soft cloth and bit of elbow grease!

Some parts are a bit frustrating, but on a whole, it's on of the more enjoyable games i've played.
