obviously bar the sometimes annoying bugs etc, is it good?

I just picked up the collectors tin edition for £6.49 delivered :)

looks like my new 4770 should be able to run it pretty well too
 
I thought it was great, but I quite like that type of game where the focus isn't really on MP combat but more exploring.

One advice though is to save often and use a different save each time as I had a lot of crashing issues forcing me to use an older save (same as Fallout 3 really)
I also had NPC's vendors die in front of me without reason, again forcing me to use an older save.
 
Now that its probably patched and being about a year after it came out I would think you'll get far fewer bugs. I liked it a lot, very good game. Among the best games I have ever played.
 
Not sure what resolution you playing at but if its 1900-1200 a 4770 isn't going to cut it.

i barely get 18fps at 1900-1200 with no aa sliders set to medium,infact have to drop it 1680-1050 for it to be playable

very good game but one of the most demanding games avaliable on the PC market.
at 1920 by 1200 you will need a better card than a 4770 especially with only 512mb of VRAM i suggest getting a card with 1gb VRAM.
Even with high end systems the game can still run rubbish and you have to be prepared to spend a while adjusting the video settings all in all a very good game if you can get it running smoothly.
