Stalker Complete Mod

Guys, ive downloaded the Stalker Complete_2009.7z file but windows does not associate a file type with it. Is it a zip file?

Im also googling to try and find an installation guide but i cant find one - its getting annoying now.

Can someone please link me installation options?
