Stalker or C&C: Tiberian Wars?

Which one of these would you get, im a big FPS and RTS fan, C&C will cost be about £26, whilst Stalker would only cost £17.99.

I no there ment to be patching stalker again in the next few days, with Dual Core optimiztation soon after, which is good. But then again C&C looks awesome too. Basicly looking for something to last longer.

Is there anyone with both? That could give a good unbiased opinion on what to get?

I bought both last week.

C&C3 is absolutely awesome.

Its been a long time since I have played one of those games that keeps you up at night for hours thinking "Just one more level".

It runs sweet as a nut on my modest system and looks great but its the gameplay that drew me in. Highly recommended.

Stalker seems pretty good as well, only got around to installing it this afternoon and I'm not that far into it but its a very immersive game. I think once I get further into it I will be hooked as well. It has taken a bit of tweaking here and there to get it to run properly on my PC, the patches have certainly helped I think. Looks a very deep game, I started playing Oblivion a while back and kinda got distracted with other things, went back to it and couldnt get back into it to be honest, I think Stalker may well be the same. If you stick with it it will be awesome, but leave it for a while and return and you might get bored. Just my take on it all.

If it was a toss up between the two, I would say go for C&C first, but if funds permit at a later date, pick up Stalker and give it a whirl.

C&C. I havn't played Stalker for long, because whenever I go to click on it's icon I find myself clicking the C&C one instead

Stalker. C&C3 gets boring VERY fast, so darn repetitive.
