standalone browser

I've been using a standalone browser called offbyone for a while running from a usb key, its very useful when I visit sites and need to download files quickly with no browser installed, though one of the manufacturers I support have changed to a java site - so I need to find an alternative (standalone again) browser I can run from usb key, complete with Java support- any suggestions?

thanks bledd + ethics, been running it for past hour with no probs, will need to get a faster usb key than the oldish one I'm using, its a bit more intense than the ob1 app I was using before

I think there's a version of portable Opera, though not sure if that's for handheld devices and can't be run off a flash drive.
