Standalone colour picker

I used to have a colour picker installed that let you pick the colour of anything in OSX, it started "piq" or something. I've been googling for about 30 minutes and I can't find it or remember what it was called. Can anyone help?

theres one built into OSX.

a bit different but still pretty much the same. built into OSX under "utilities"

yeah, I know about that one but it's nowhere near as good as Pipette by Charcoal Design (found it, stupid memory!)
