standalone screen capture software?

hi guys

i'm on college PC, i need a decent software that will screen capture and save aas jpeg automatically. Reason i need it as standalone software as college PC are locked down and cannot install anything.

i'm not asking you to help me bypass college network security. i need screen capture software as i need to capture loads!

I use Snagit for Uni work and I find it really good.

Why not use the simple ALT+PrtSc (printscreen), copy it into Paint and cut it up?
This is what I have to do at work.

You could try Winsnap . Newer versions of this are shareware, but the older version I've linked to is freeware.
