My gym has got some old Matrix spin bikes. They're reasonable enough, but they have no connectivity.
I was wondering if there are any decent apps out there that don't require connecting to the bike? The bike shows power, so as long as the app shows the required power I can just (try to) match it. I don't have a HR monitor either.
I'm not keen on paying for it either (e.g. Sufferfest) as hopefully the weather will improve soon and I'll get out on the real thing.
