Have any of you guys got a standalone wok burner that you can recommend? We live in a flat without gas so cooking in a wok on an electric hob is **** at the best of times. The best solution I have found is cooking in small batches then recombining at the end but it still has a tendency to cook the vegetable through rather than sear them.
I'm sure I have seen these being used in cooking shows where they are somewhere weird and exotic but just wondered if any of you have tried them.
