Standard MS wireless keyboard/mouse on a mac?

Thinking of selling off my main beast of a rig and getting a Mac Mini Core Duo to sit under my HDTV. I've recently bought a MS wireless keyboard and mouse set (USB) and was just wondering if this will work with the Mini. I know that there will be some difference with the control keys but I should be able to get around that.

Yeah, should work fine

With a mac, it's usually just plug and play.

Nice one. So it'll pick up the keyboard and mouse through the single USB port used by the receiver?

I would go with the apple cordless stuff but it's damn expensive.

Should work fine

I've used the standard microsoft wireless mouse with the usb reciever bit since the mac mini's first release problem free.

One tip though, I use my mini sat under my TV and sitting on a sofa using the mouse is fine but be carful as I have dropped my mouse countless times and it gets a little "slower" everytime. Poor thing!

Good stuff. Looks like my CC is gonna take a bashing
