Ive got a custom set of BeyerDynamics that I use for PC gaming, is there anyway I can hook just the mic connector to the PS3, and have the audio connector hooked into the TV? Will I be able to hear voice chat if so? Ive seen a few USB adaptors, but people say they only handle voice chat and not game sound.

Cheers

I read you post 3 times and 3 different ways. I assume you want both voice and game sound on the headset in which case I would recommend the Astro Mixamp. It allows any headset that uses two 3.5mm jacks to be used (I use Sennheiser PC360) on a console and has the control to 'mix' voice and game channel to get the right volume balance.

The mixamp is about £80 IIRC but there might be something similar cheaper but I don't know of anything.

Edit: Though just reading your post again, if you can get a cheap usb adapater which allows only voice and then plug the headphones into the tv surely you would get both which would be a cheaper option that going for my previous suggestion of a mixamp.
