Standing Desk

Not allowed to link to competitors, I got a Flexus electric sit stand desk. It was on sale at the time, and I found a voucher for the same company, bought a £350-400 desk down to about £170 in total.

It's quite a small top, but at least where I got mine, you can select the desk size you want. It takes upto 100kg spread over the surface I believe. No presets, but to be honest, for the sake of holding down the button for 10 seconds (probably less), I don't miss them, certainly wouldn't pay much more for them.

Still against the rules to post outside links.

Definitely look to an electric one vs manual. The speed and convenience is important, it's easy not to bother to use the desk, so you want it to be as simple as possible.

Don't think you need to spend more than £700, that's for sure. Check out the Flexus, and see what you can select that fits, there's plenty of different styles of desk that can be put onto it. I didn't have too many troubles putting mine together by myself.
