Star Trek Online, mission help?

So, 4 ships still have saviours, but how do I scan for them & beam them aboard. The mission is at the begining of the game.

Why not ask on official forums? I do not believe anyone plays this game around here.

Would this happen to be the discovery starfleet story as I don't remember that happening at the start of the other starfleet story lines as with all these, you just have to approach close enough for the prompt to beam aboard survivours to appear.

This, normally in STO there will be a green circle on the mini map which indicates where you need to go. Once within this circle you should then get the prompt to scan the ship/ beam survivors etc.

Been a while since I played but the general gameplay hasn’t changed much beyond me completely forgetting that my escort ship isn’t a beam boat (broadside doesn’t work when you don’t have the firing arc...).
