AMD has joined forces with Overclockers UK to bring you early access to the Star Wars Battlefront beta before its public release on October 8th. These codes will grant you instant access allowing you to hone your blasters and prep your AT-ATs for domination on Hoth.

To be in with the chance of gaining an early access code all you have to do is share a picture showing your support for the light side or the dark side of the force! To qualify for entry your photo submission must include your forum handle.

Winners will be announced throughout the evening so make sure to check back to this thread to see if you have won!

The Star Wars Battlefront Beta is a technical test and will give Rebels and Imperials alike just a small taste of the Star Wars battle fantasies you can expect to live out when the game launches on November 17th 2015.

The Beta will let you experience three modes spread across three iconic planets including:

  • Walker Assault on Hoth: Fight in epic 40-player battles as a Rebel to destroy the Empire’s onslaught of AT-AT’s by calling in Y-wing bombers. Or, side with the Empire and protect your walkers while utilizing their mighty weaponry to crush the Rebel objective.
  • Drop Zone on Sullust: Escape pods are crashing down and you and your team must fight to control them. With its frantic 8v8 matches, Drop Zone is sure to put your combat and strategy skills to the test.
  • Survival Mission on Tatooine: Play alone or with a friend via co-op or split-screen as you battle to hold off waves of Imperial forces including AT-ST’s, TIE fighters, elite stormtroopers and more.

Ok so I believe I will have to friend the winners to give them their codes in a DM.

I will update the original post with details of the winners and send them friend requests followed by the codes.

As it's a massive pain to DM people, I have sent friend requests to all the winners. Once these have been accepted I will send the codes. I'm going to spend the next 30mins going through all 11 winners to see if I can DM them, if not, I'll do it again in the morning as it's getting a bit late now :P

Actually, that's the best way to do it atm. I'm having a hell of a time finding the DM option in this forum.........

It would make it really easy if you could add your email address to your bio just for this evening/tomorrow morning so I can email the winners.

If not, let me know of a better way to message you!
