here is what i have to do to get the content i paid for from EA for a game i purchased through psn store directly through ps4 pro:

your email address
the date of the purchase
the price paid.
A screenshot of your profile on the PlayStation™Network website showing:
your email address
your PlayStation™Network online ID (PSN ID).
A photograph of the transaction you’re contacting us about, which you can access from your transaction history. This photo must be of your TV showing your console’s interface and the details of the transaction itself. You can find this information on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. This photo must show:
your email address
your PlayStation™Network online ID
the description of the product purchased
the transaction number
the date of the purchase
the price paid.
