Anyone by chance know how to get this to run on the Rift ? I've tried it but it just launches oculus home.

It's an old DK2 demo, that's why.
You might be able to get it to work using the LibOVR wrapper from ages back: http://www.vrspies.com/vrgamerdude/...-some-classic-content-in-the-oculus-rift-cv1/
I never liked using it though as the lens distortion always seemed off to me (mismatch between the DK2 and CV1 lenses I guess).

Yeah it apparently dosent work for allot of people and i couldn't find a fix for your problem.
