Starbox - Ubuntu

I have a Twinhan Starbox DVB-S USB device.

I understand that this device works with linux but I have no idea at all about how to go about installing it. There is information on this page http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/DVB_USB but it doesn't really provide a howto or anything.

Can anyone help at all?

The closest thing I see to instructions is a list of modules that need to be loaded into the kernel for it to work.
