Starforge vs Space Engineers

I've got Starforge but haven't got Space Engineers.

Haven't played Starforge in ages; it was fun for a short while, but many of the promised features still aren't there, and the update time isn't brilliant.

Based on the Steam reviews alone, I would go for Space Engineers.

I watched the movie of Star-forge.
And regularly play Space Engineers for 1-2 hours at a time.

Both games are similar from what I can tell. But the big difference been:
Star-forge is on planet.
Space Engineers is in Space.

Space Engineers, receives updates almost every week. (Typically Thursday)
It has multiplier + ship building/destruction/fighting + 64Bit + A better graphics engine.
You know where I am going with this... Buy Space Engineers. :D

EDIT: Also look at Kerbal Space Program.

I have given this a short try and its is suprisingly addictive. once you get a handle on the absiccs you dont tend to realise just how long youve spent building stuff until its dark and you check the clock.

Just picked up Space engineers myself. Very fun game in its current aplha state. There are a few little niggles to be worked out. But its updated regularly from what i can see.
My only thing to say negatively really is the controls are a right pain to figure out. Im still forever checking back through settings to figure out what the hell to press.
Its kinda like minecraft for space but with a much harder learning curve.

But still a very addictive, dark atmosphered, space game in which you can build any type of spacestaion or starship your heart desires. Then go blow the hell out of some massive asteroids with your gattling guns or on board rockets :D
