Feel sad that actor who played General hammond passed away 2-3 weeks ago.... at least we will remember him and hes at least appeared in the new feature tv film spin off Stargate Continuem.

Hadn't heard anything about this anywhere, but just checked, and seems he had a massive heart attack

Love stargate, I will be trying this for sure but from what Ive been seeing so far it looks a little bit dissapointing, basicly more of the same.

A Serpent Guard, a Horus Guard and a Setesh Guard meet on a neutral planet. It is a tense moment! The Serpent Guard's eyes glow, the Horus Guard's beak glistens, the Setesh Guard's nose drips!

SG1 is an amazing series, its a shame it ended. And it was a great idea too, since they could do whatever they wanted. It also leads itself perfectly to be turned into a video game, but as skyfall said, it could be good, but it probably won't be.

Series is great, game probably will be crap but I'va applied for the Beta anyways.

With regards to the person asking if it's any good, it is brilliant up until about Season 6-7 and then goes downhill from there. Worth Checking out on DVD as Season 1 can be had for about £20 online.

So true, best series of all time, but even being a big fan i did feel it started to godownhill from there, and yeah R.I.P to the actor who plays gen hammond.

I hope the gaming dosent flop stargate fans deserve a decent game after SUCH a long wait .. afterall its one of the most popular shows of all time .. they need to atleast do it justice with the game :x

The video looks ok.... but I disagree with one of the creators he said they wanted to go 3rd person and more RPG element, 1st person woulda been so perfect for the game and better.

They should have added many surprises in the game with introducing charactors from the show and not to mention cross overs with Atlantis etc etc

But alas I bet that doesnt happen... still ill play it for a bit for sure
