Starlink fibs - Speed tests versus actual

Long time since I've posted on ocuk!

Am I missing something here?
Testing a Starlink here in South Wales. Standard actuated residential. Elevated, no obstructions. Ethernet adapter to my little baby network.
(app stats does report 'problem between the satellite & the internet occurred' ever 2-10 minutes constantly).
Starling app router to internet Speedtest gives me around 160-200mbps down, and 15-25mbps up. On average 175/18mbps.
Running Ookla, will give me similar depending on server, a little less.
Seems all gravy?

However when actually giving it some real world throughput for example;

FTP transfers both up/down to 1gb connected lease line company server = 400-600 kb/sec.
Upload/download from Office 365 tenant = 500kb/sec.

Huh? Am I missing something major here?

Have you tried just a standard multi-threaded http download to see what your speed tops out at? I've been with Starlink just over a month, get 150/15 in speed tests and real world performance.
