Start a conversation facility isn't working

I've tried twice and I keep getting the message "oops there's been a problem....." which is a pain in the ass if your trying to initiate the sale of something in the items for sale section.

The error occurred when using a phone on Chrome and when using the App. I haven't tried desktop yet.

Hi Ethan, contacting IT support is probably your best bet. Did you have any luck with a desktop?

Out of interest, what is it your trying to sell as there may be some other avenues you can take.

No luck with desktop. still the same message. Maybe it's the recipients end-I don't know?

Looking at the potential buyer in the one sale thread I can find they don't seem to have conversations enabled. Not sure you have anything to talk about yet anway.

I wondered if it was that. Thanks.
