Start open start menu folders

Hello,

When double click/right click>Open on a start menu it should open it in an Explorer folder and show you the files under that folder (shortcuts etc.)

For some reason on my PC it's stopped working, whenever I try and open a start menu item in a folder window it just doesn't open.

Any ideas please?

Bump
