start > run on Vista

I'm using Vista for the first time, having bought a new laptop today, getting on reasonably well. But need to use the start > run facility, which I've often used on XP. Trouble is, I can't find it. Is it available on Vista, and if so, how do I get it? If it isn't available, is there any alternative I could use?

Start>All Programs>Accessories.

You can just type the command line query into the Start Search bar.

Or type "run" into that bar and hit enter

Don't understand why people want to add the run box when its already there, at the bottom where it says "start search".

Just press the windows key once and type what you want.

As said in the post above, you don't need to bring the run box up! Just type what you want in the Start Menu search box and hit enter

most of the time pressing the windows key and typing the command in the search box is eaiser tho tbh

Or just change the whole start bar thing so it looks like xp's, very easy.
