Start task bar not loading up at all

For some strange reason it isn't booting up at all



I'd be greatful if someone could help

Sure you've not got it on auto hide?

If you can get to create a new account, see if it does it there

After lots of trial and error it seems ObjecDock wanted to follow it's own whims and desires by getting rid of taskbar

/Goes to educate object dock
