Start-up Disk for XP

Is it possible to create a start-up disk for disaster recovery on a CD instead of a floopy. My system does not have a floppy drive

Windows XP CD install disc is bootable and you can use the recover feature on it.

Yup, recovery console

Or get Acronis True Image (here) & create a 'Bootable Rescue Media'

if you're able to get it, use aronis instead its a lot nicer

good luck getting N. Ghost to work... ive tried it 5 or 6 times on all different systems, each time ive had to go dig out Acronis True Image. its far better.
