Start up items gone

So zone alarm and avg start up items have dissapeared form msconfig and they no longer start up when windows loads!

The only start up item is nvcpl and this refuses to turn off, it keeps popping back up even when disabled

How do i get ZA and AVG to start back up again with windows

I hope you backup, because if I were in your position (and I have suffered a lot of windows problems), I'd go for a clean windows install. Sounds like you have some malware on there.
