Start up screen - Win 7 - how to change?

I don't like the start up "beach scene" screen on my Eee Netbook - I don't see a configuration change for this - is there one please? Or is this a specific file I have to replace?

Do you mean the log on screen ? If it bothers you so much and you really must change it then have a look at this

Or if you are the only person who uses the netbook and you're not fussed about what little security a log on screen offers then look at this
