Can you please help me????????
When i turn on my computer it asks me to boot either XP or XP proffesional do you know how to get rid of one of them.

Push windows key + R then type msconfig

Click the boot.ini tab then click 'check all boot paths' it should say ones not in use and ask you to delete it.

Any problems post back.

XP and XP pro options mean you installed XP pro over XP, you should run the upgrade, or install on another partition. Though it should be fine, if you do any networking you might experience difficulties as there will be a load of XP home crap in there still that need not be there.

to get to the same file..

Start, Run
notepad C:\boot.ini
press enter!
