this proberly doesnt need its own thread but hey, its fridaynight and im bored :o

Started folding to help you guys out lol!
I followed the quick set-up guide and at the moment i have just have a dos screen that says "0 out of 20000000 steps"

it has been on this screen for ages. Is this normal?
 
Yeh i have fahmon 2.1.5 but it just shows blank, as in core/project/credit/username etc are all blank, as if it isnt picking up the folding?

i thought i was mate lol, look at my edit ^^

It is still at 0, using 100% of cpu power on a amd 64 3000+. (been on 0 for about 10minutes)

Bring up the log with F8, as that can be handy if you're having any problems.


That work unit takes aages per frame on my cpu (3000+), about 45mins!

Look at it again in an hour :)

ah so im guessing WU = works unit, a selection of cycles that it does?

Any chance to skip this, i hopefully will have joined the RAF by april and it wont even have finished by then lol :o
