started my pc ?

hi

just got everything started up on my pc for the first time it seems to be all fine entering bios screen and that the only thing is ive noticed my artic freezer 7 is not spinning?

could that be because its not hot enough or because ive not set up everything?

yep inserted into the cpu fan connection on my ds4 mobo

what could it be have i missed something?? :confused:

if so which one do i disable?

when i first turn on my pc and press delete it takes me to the bios screen what do i do from there to get the pc running?
